- The temperature setting comes down to personal preference
Fairly Traded Coffee Can Be So Simple
Look closely at others, make compromises with our beans? That doesn’t come in the bag at all. We not only know our coffee supplier Ocafi, but also our coffee beans from Brazil personally. And we know what this natural product is worth.
- Direct trade coffee beans
- Ocafi is a producer, processor and importer
- No middlemen or stock exchange purchases
- Fair prices for the producers, a fair price for you
Brazilian Coffee Reinvents Itself
In the past, coffee from Brazil stood primarily for mass instead of class.
More recently, the country has been producing coffee of the highest quality from committed farmers and cooperatives.
Niklas and Luis from Ocafi manage their farms in the state of São Paulo sustainably and according to organic standards.
- Highland coffee from the Ocafi farms Matão, Pinheiro and São Domingos in São José do Rio Pardo, Mogiana
- Natural and pulped natural processing for extra sweetness
- Brazilian coffee cultivars: Catuai, Mundo Novo, Catucai and Obata

I’m very happy with this coffee beans in my breville. I do taste hints of chocolate, it’s smooth and full bodied. For me who appreciates exactly that, it’s good coffee. The price is on the high side, but seing it’s direct trade I consider it fair.

I am not a coffee connoisseur, I admit. I either like it or don’t. It’s a good coffee, worked great in my Jura Ena 4 as the beans aren’t too dark or oily. To me nothing stood out flavor wise, it just tasted like a decent, nice, lovely coffee, all I really want. The greatest thing is Arne’s very informative coffee lesson videos! You should watch them and learn. He really knows his coffee stuff and I learned a lot from watching him.
