  • Coffee Beans: Refunds are available for unopened packages only. Opened packages are not eligible for a refund.
  • Coffee Glasses: Must be in perfect, unused condition to be eligible for a refund.
  • Time Frame: Refund requests must be made within 2 weeks (14 days) from the date of purchase.

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Proof: If the product arrived damaged, please include images and proof of the damage in your email.

Refund Method

  • Coffee beans are only refundable if they are unopened.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We do not provide return shipping labels.

Inspection and Approval

  • We do not inspect returned items.
  • For damaged products, you do not need to send the item back; we only require proof of damage (images).
